We ship from within Nigeria, China, USA.

We ship to Nigeria, USA.

Order processing:
It takes 3 -5 days to process orders, given that there are so many orders. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Order change:
You can change order only before processing. Once the order has begun its processing, you cannot change the order. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately.

Order cancellation:
If you decide to cancel an order, please login to your account and click "Cancel" for any particular order. Orders cannot be canceled once we begin processing it. We begin processing orders 24 hours after the order is made.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping vary with location from which item is shipped from.
Within Nigeria or USA: 3-7 days.
From China or USA to Nigeria: 7-14 days.
From China to USA 7-14 days.
NOTE: Please, while we ensure that you shipment arrive early as stated above, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays due to unforeseen reasons.

Refunds, Damages and Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 business days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The expense for the shipment will be paid by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to process and post the refund. However, it is dependent on your bank or credit card company.
